For those that do not know, SunRocket, a VOIP provider is going out of business.
Not sure what was going on with this company, but I didn’t have a warm and fuzzy feeling about them from the beginning.
Now they are leaving many customers in the dark and gave them little to no warning.
For those that thought they could get away from the big boys like Vonage by getting a great deal with SunRocket, do not feel like you have no choice. I always tell people, when it comes to IT and Telecommunications, you always have choices, but most you just do not know or hear about.
