IRAQ, Third World Countries, and Cell phones

Posted by Joseph Brochin

I was reading an article in the local paper today about cellphone use in Iraq.

It discussed how the use of cell phones is not so much a need, but a recreational activity.

It talks about how they are very much entertained by various ringtones of a potlitical nature and how they send jokes back and forth.

The adaptation of cell phone use in third world countries is growing at a much more rapid rate what they did more advanced countries.

What is your opinion on this and why?
